🌿 Meet Angie Jade

Hypnotherapist, Somatic Practitioner, Energy Worker

Hi, I’m Angie Jade. I grew up here in Washington and still find joy in the simple things—singing, dancing, painting, reading, and long walks in nature with my dog. Connection, community, and love are at the heart of everything I do.

My professional path began in 2002, when I enrolled in a four-year Feldenkrais Practitioner program. I was immediately drawn to the depth of movement exploration and the body’s innate intelligence. But I also noticed something missing—the emotional landscape beneath physical patterns. That curiosity became the seed of my life's work.

In 2016, I discovered Somatic Personal Resonance, where I began working through the myofascial system to reveal how emotional experience lives in the body. This approach illuminated the need for deep listening—to the nervous system, to stored patterns, and to the individual’s capacity to shift. My work became increasingly personalized and trauma-informed.

By 2019, I was searching for ways to soften the intensity of transformational work—for myself and for others. That led me to subtle energy practices like Reiki and Energy Medicine, which brought a gentler, more compassionate quality to the change process.

Hypnosis came into my life as a personal tool—something I used for sleep, migraines, and mood shifts. I later realized the incredible potential of customized hypnosis as a direct and accessible way to support lasting change. It offers a familiar entry point for clients, while seamlessly integrating with the other modalities I use.

Today, I weave these methods together with care and intention, offering individualized support for those ready to move through old patterns, restore balance, and feel more fully themselves.

I share this work with compassion, love, and deep respect for your path
